Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with The Hope Journey! Because many of our items are handmade, vintage, upcycled, one-of-a-kind, or sold in limited quantities, most purchases are final sale.

Final Sale Items

Unless otherwise stated below, all sales are final on:

  • Yarn and fabric
  • Handmade items
  • Upcycled and repurposed clothing
  • Vintage and unique finds
  • Clearance and sale items
  • Mystery bundles and surprise items
  • Custom or personalized items

Please carefully review product descriptions, photos, measurements, sizes, colors, and other details before purchasing.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an item that is not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and any damage or incorrect item received.

If we determine that the issue was our error or the item was damaged before delivery, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or other solution.

Approved Returns

In limited circumstances, The Hope Journey may approve a return at our discretion.

If a return is approved:

You must contact us before sending anything back.

The item must be returned in its original condition and with any original tags or packaging, when applicable.

The buyer may be responsible for return shipping costs at seller's discretion.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

The item must be returned within the timeframe provided with your return authorization.

Refunds will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item. The Hope Journey is not responsible for items lost or damaged during an unauthorized return shipment.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the product listing and understand that most items sold by The Hope Journey are final sale.
