Standard Shipping

Orders are shipped using USPS. Shipping rates are based on the weight of your order and are calculated at checkout.

Free standard shipping is available on orders of $125 or more.

Express Shipping

Express shipping is available for $15 at checkout. Estimated transit time is 1–2 days; actual delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information when available.

Delivery Delays

The Hope Journey is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances outside our control.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available at our designated pickup location when selected at checkout. You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup.

Please do not visit the pickup location until you have received your “Ready for Pickup” notification.
